A superb 1964 Fender Jazz bass! This being a fantastic sounding and looking example with a beautiful matching headstock. This one dates from 1964. It is all original (frets, screws etc) bar a bridge pickup rewind. The neck is stamped 7 May 64 C. Original potentiometers all date to 1964. The original finish on this bass has aged beautifully and has great looking checking lines throughout. The difference in the lacquers used on the body and headstock facing age differently and this example looks great. Serial number on the neck plate dates to 1964. Pickups are original as well as the pickguard. Included is the original hard case and pickup covers.
