1972 Fender Precision Bass

This 1972 Precision Bass has wonderful character and mojo. The pots date to 1971, neck dates to 5 JAN 72, which makes this an early 72 bass, pickups are also original. It is in very good condition for its age with some marks throughout and some dings on the back of body which have been previously touched up with black paint. It has some light play wear on the side of the neck and the pickguard has shrunk slightly so you can see the control cavity by the jack socket. We believe this to be an earlier celluloid pickguard which may have been from a few year previously. Everything works as it should including trussrod, electronics. Included is the original hardcase.
