1980 Aria SB-1000 ‘Batwing’

The SB-1000, the flagship Japanese made Aria SB Bass. If you know then you know, these are spectacular basses and are always going up in value, quite rightly! They are of excellent build quality, as you would expect from the Japanese, especially of this time period. It is in very good condition throughout with a few small marks. There is some tarnishing to the back cavity plate as well as a couple of dings to the back of the neck around the 3rd fret. There is also some slight lacquer lift ont he bottom side of the neck as well as some dings to the side of the body. The original preamp was broken and has been replaced with a Noisekiller clone preamp which sounds fantastic. We have given the bass a full check over and everything works as it should, including the trussrod and electronics. Included is a hardcase.
