Thanks for purchasing from BassBros. In case of any problems or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please see our returns and exchanges policy below.
Online/Distance and In Store Orders
You have 30 days from when you have received your purchase for a refund or exchange in case of any faults or issues.
In case the item doesn’t suit or you would just like to return you have 14 days from receiving the goods (online / distance only). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 3 working days or happy to chat about exchanges. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. For PayPal payments it can take up to 14 days. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 or 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns may not be valid if the following applies –
- You are aware of the fault at time of purchase
- You or a third party damaged an item or damaged an item trying to repair it
- You no longer want the item (this only applies to purchases in person and not online/distance purchases)
All shipping costs including the return are covered by us. We can arrange returns or they can be sent to our showroom. Please contact us prior to sending to arrange this.
