1980 Fender Precision Bass

Talk about mojo! This 1980 Precision Bass has it in the bucket load! It is currently strung with round wound strings, gives that classic 70’s punchy Precision tone! However, we can string with flats if thats more your vibe on a P bass. This one features a non original nut and original pots dated 1980. The pickups are replacement Nordstrand NP4 that sound amazing! The condition of this instrument is obviously very worn and played, there are areas of chips and dings throughout as expected on a bass of this age that’s been used, as can be seen in the photos. The case it was in disintegrated and stuck to the sides of the body, we removed what we can but there is still some residue. But it really is a players bass and actually looks very cool, We have checked the trussrod and electronics and everything functions perfectly as it should.
