1981 Rickenbacker 4001

Here we have a fantastic 1981 Rickenbacker 4001 in fireglo! This bass plays a dream with low action and sounds amazing. The bass is in good overall condition with a lot of lacquer checking and wear throughout, most noticeable on the back of the body. There is some cracking in the pickguard. 1 of the knobs has been replaced. 2 of the pots are original but 2 have been replaced. We have given the bass a full check over, including the truss rod and electrics, all works perfectly. Included is a gigbag.
